BBC Global Travel Campaigns
Synopsis:
Olympic Champion Donovan Bailey explores Tokyo, discovering a welcome mixture of speed and tranquility on his journey. Mauritius celebrates it's people and being more than just beautiful beaches. Kenya proves it is more than just a safari destination. And Hainan Airlines' head chef perfects their signature to make it tastes as good in the air as it does on the ground.
About the Campaigns:
With over 7 hours of footage to condense into a 2-minute edit for the Tokyo campaign, and just 3 days to complete it, this high-pressure project resulted in one of those rare “no notes” first cuts. The success of the Tokyo film led directly to the production company winning additional campaigns for Mauritius, Kenya, and China.

Human Dignity Trust
Synopsis:
A Wake Up Call
Across the Commonwealth LGBT people face violence because of who they are and who they love. Very few Commonwealth countries have legislation to recognise, prevent and punish hate crimes, including those committed on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity. Legal reform through the provision of hate crime legislation is one tool to address hate-based violence, which impacts everyone in our societies.

The Sky Will Not Fall
Across the Commonwealth outdated sexual offences laws fail to protect, and discriminate against, women and girls, LGBT people and people with disability. We're working with governments, activists and parliamentarians to change that.
Note: These films contain scenes of physical violence and references to abuse and sexual violence against LGBT people, which some viewers may find distressing or traumatic.
Role: Editor
dir. Jennifer Fearnley / 10min / Social
About the Films:
Produced by The Good Side for Human Dignity Trust, these were emotionally demanding edits due to the subject matter, but telling these stories is essential to driving real change. The Good Side provided thoughtful support throughout the process, and I’m incredibly proud of the films we created together.

About the Series:
I served as Head of Post Production and edited all video content for the series, including The Forge, which premiered on NOWNESS and went on to win several food film festival awards.
